Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

Quiet Desk is an admin automation business based in Sydney, NSW. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

We only use the access you give us to do the work you have agreed to. We never sell or rent your information, and we never use your data or your customers' data for anything else.

Who we share it with

We do not share your information with other businesses for their own use. We do use a small number of trusted service providers to run Quiet Desk, such as our website host, email provider and cloud servers, and AI services that help process documents inside your automations. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia. We choose providers with strong security practices and only give them what is needed to do the job.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

To keep spam bots away from our forms, our website uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks in the background that a visitor is a real person. Cloudflare's handling of that information is covered by its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

How we protect it

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at hello@quietdesk.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please email us first and we will do our best to fix it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
